At tiQtoQ, our internship programme is designed to give early-career professionals meaningful, hands-on experience in quality assurance and technology.

Over the past three months, we welcomed Tanisha as a Manual Testing Intern. She joined us with curiosity and a drive to develop her skills, and her internship was structured to provide both technical learning and practical involvement in live projects.

Tanisha's Internship Experience

"Over the past three months, I have had the incredible opportunity to undertake a Manual Testing Internship at tiQtoQ. This journey has been both challenging and rewarding, providing me with valuable industry exposure and helping me develop both technical and professional skills.

As part of the Quality Assurance Team, I was introduced to the structured processes and methodologies behind quality assurance. From understanding test cases and documenting procedures to identifying issues and contributing to workflow improvements, I gradually built a strong foundation in manual testing practices.

At the beginning, I was dedicated to learning and understanding the tools, procedures, and workflows that tiQtoQ follows. By the end, I was confident enough to contribute meaningfully to ongoing projects, applying my newly developed skills to ensure product quality and support the wider team. Seeing my work add value to the company was a particularly rewarding milestone.

This internship not only strengthened my technical knowledge but also gave me a glimpse into the collaborative and dynamic nature of a fast-paced technology company. The hands-on experience has been invaluable, and I am excited to carry this knowledge forward into future opportunities.

I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Pete Jones, Paul Gitsham, Neil Martin, and the entire Quality Assurance Team for giving me this opportunity and supporting my growth throughout this journey.
